Abstract
The article describes research in the field of approaches to calculation of risk culture in banking organizations in terms of operational and information risk management system. It propose a decision-making system based on various tactics, which based on strengthening zones of influence on the risk culture of organizations. Proposed classifications on the model used in one of the biggest commercial bank in Russian Federation with a separate structure of risk compliance and information risk. In framework of this study, ways and approaches to optimize the operational risk management process were defined, a model for parametrizing and assessing the level of risk culture was developed, and the relationship between risk culture and bank damage as the main driver of operational risk management system was explored. The main goal of introducing a risk culture is to develop a company’s behavior that determines collective ability to identify, analyze, openly discuss and respond to organization’s existing and future risks to ensure long-term and sustainable reduction in risk-related losses. The result of implementation of the developed model is the optimization of the bank’s policy in the field of standardization, HR and diversification of banking risks.
