Abstract
The basic installment strategies are the beginnings of what could be more elaborate, complex and profitable varieties of the concept. The installment purchase and risk hedge may be opened with significantly reduced risk by observation of proximity analysis, trends in historical volatility and the many ways these strategies can be expanded and combined. In the ultimate version of the installment strategy, the two basic approaches (bullish and bearish) can be entered together so that movement in either direction produces desirable risk hedging outcomes.
