Abstract

Clinical surgical practice, although fruitful and often prone to exceeding the limits of basic pathologies, cannot disregard the knowledge of the complexity of these young patients as well as of adults looking for parenthood.

The psychosexologist, in these cases, seems to be a necessary resource in framing the emotional, psychic, and relational fragilities of the patient and in accompanying him in the clinical therapeutic process, favoring the affirmation of the sexual role and of the violated virility.
