Abstract
By the end of this chapter you should be able to:

program components to respond to mouse events and key events;

explain the term property as applied to JavaFX components;

bind properties of two or more components;

use a slider to change the value of a variable;

embed images, videos and webpages in applications;

format applications by using cascading style sheets.
