Abstract
This book investigates the integration of Six Sigma with other improvement approaches such as Total Quality Management (TQM) , Lean, Kano model , Quality Function Deployment (QFD) , Taguchi’s Quality Loss Function (QLF) , Supply Chain Management (SCM) as well as other Management Systems (MSs). It also investigates the development, implementation, and evaluation of the proposed Integrated Company-Wide Management System (ICWMS) which includes Six Sigma to achieve strategic alignment , customer satisfaction , resources optimization , and effective Continuous Improvement (CI) of quality and performance so that all stakeholders are delighted.
