Abstract

In Russian laboratories, many problems related to analyzing nuclear materials have been solved; in this area, a great deal of experience has been accumulated. The same can be said about the analysis of materials for microelectronics and other high-purity substances. A significant contribution to the solution of practical problems was made by A. P. Vinogradov, I. P. Alimarin, B. F. Myasoedov, Yu. A. Karpov, I. G. Yudelevich, and others. Development of standard reference. Materials has been undertaken.
