Abstract

“Police Equipment” is a kind of public security equipment, In this article, the “life cycle” of the “Police Equipment” is analyzed and researched comprehensively. The life cycle is divided into two phases, Approved and fitted out product stage and procurement and usage stage. The article elaborates the definition and the effect of the two phases. The two stage life cycle management system of police equipment is also elaborated in this article.
