Abstract
In order to make the packaged drugs neat and beautiful, with a superior packaging quality, the market is in urgent need for new efficient, economical and flexible packaging equipment. This paper designed the automatic packaging equipment for boxed medicine, adopting PTP three-degree-freedom pneumatic manipulator to carry out feeding for the packing box and the tablet board. Besides, the boxing used four-degree-freedom manipulator. The pneumatic mechanism was cooperated with mechanical structure to complete boxing craft in the workbench movement process, simplifying the mechanical structure and improving the production efficiency.
