Abstract
The paper made a summary of the technological development and the application of face recognition system and analyzed the deficiency of testing technique and method existing in the current national standards as well as industrial standards. The testing and assessing method aiming at face recognition system and algorithm were proposed, and the corresponding requirement and technical indexes were explained in the paper. At last, the practicability and application prospect of the technology were discussed.
