Abstract
This present study is the result of an inclusive experience realized in a regular school from the city of Salvador, Brazil. The experience refers to the Educational Therapeutic Assistance practice. As an inclusive strategy, the proceeding had the function of mediating the relations between a child with Special Educational Needs and the school. The study goal was to perceive the voices and discourses circulating around the child under the inclusive process and participating in the Educational Self construction, and to analyze how the assistant seems like one more voice, which enters the process and can promote changes in its configuration, besides the repositionings of the students and of those involved in the relational dynamics. The assistant had the role, also, of articulator of these voices. Thereby, it was observed how the Educational Therapeutic Assistant took part of the schooling process and how, as from his practice, the child had the possibility of negotiating and internalizing actively the voices which has contributed for the construction of his Educational Self, for a repositioning before the group and in the relations built inside the school.
