Abstract

The natural companion of the astronomer would most obviously be the telescope. Since its invention, the telescope and its association with this field strike a chord across the globe. However, as seen in the previous chapter, we must not forget other tools at our disposal: binoculars, and perhaps the most priceless instrument of all, our own eyes.
