Abstract

This paper aims to reflect on safety trainings. Based on psychologic and ergonomic research, we want to see how the narrative approach and the use of stories can help to improve current safety trainings. After a reflexion about the current place of narratives in safety and the possible ways of development, we will present a study on a training based on simulation in anesthesia. This study aims to show the importance of the narrative approach in relation to causal approach.
