Sketch: The Training Game
Animal training is both a science and an art, and to truly understand it you have to experience training from the animal’s perspective. To that end, my psychology students play The Training Game, in which one acts as a naïve animal and the other its trainer. The trainer and observing students decide on a target behaviour (e.g. flick the light on and off 5 times), and when the “animal” returns to the room, the real learning begins.
