Abstract

Mass is one of the intrinsic properties of black holes. In this article, some methods of measuring the mass of the black hole and a brief comparison of these methods is discussed. We show that Two Component Advective Flow (TCAF) model is capable of computing masses quite accurately even with a few seconds of spectral data.
