Abstract

The organizational culture has been studied in the literature as one of the characteristics that affect the performance of any company. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research to model and study the relationship between the organizational culture, the attitude towards change and the performance of the company. The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationships between resistance to change and organizational culture; taking as a case study the MMI specifically from the city of Tijuana. To carry out the research, the following dimensions were considered: power relations, control of uncertainty, organizational design and general orientation. A qualitative approach was implemented, using semi-structured interviews for forty participants with a high-level education.
