Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to research the behavior style facing to the cognitive conflict in the design team to enhance the production of better design solution. Based on an assisted design tool designed by Hunan University, the experiment is designed to research the influences of team behavior styles on the final design solution. The research methods include participatory design and oral report, and the experiment starts from the interaction gesture. According to results of the experiment, the Collaborating Team Behavior Style is able to meet the needs of users in the layers of usability and efficiency. Compared with it, Competing Team Behavior Style meets one more layer of experience. The application value of team behavior styles is found between the cognitive conflict and team of multiple roles. Based on the features of different team styles, the results are applied into the project in relevant design stages.
