Abstract
In this chapter I rely on the work of Sylvia Wynter, Paul Gilroy, and Sandra Harding to demonstrate science always played a role in colonialism and how the work of these scholars develops an alternative view of the connections between science and colonialism in order to create a critique of colonialism but also constructs postcolonial sciences.
