Abstract
Thank you so much, dear Justice Cartabia, for your exceedingly generous words. It is a very special honor to be presented by a person who is not only a renowned comparatist, but also the Vice-President of one of the world’s most respected constitutional courts. And what an honor to find myself here in the company of four great jurists from all of whom I have learned so much over the years!
