Again, we had for a long time some hesitation: here, it concerned the choice of ω (cf, Proposition 4.1.1 below). In view of a possible attempt at R.H., it would seem from Corollary 4.2.7 that ω = 2 is the better choice; however, choosing ω = 1 is needed in Theorem 4.3.4. After this work was completed, we realized that either choice is possible. We finally chose ω = 1 in view of the greater simplicity of the coefficients c(m, n) in Proposition 4.3.3.
