Abstract
This chapter analyzes the return intentions of undergraduate and graduate students and professionals by using an original survey data. The chapter employs different statistical techniques such as Chi-square test, correspondence analysis, basic correlation tests, and ordered probit model to show the determinants of migration and (non)return decision regarding study or work field, previous work experience, and so on. The chapter investigates the gender differentiation in return intentions.
