Abstract
The purpose of the work is to determine and substantiate a new type of consulting services – cognitive consulting services and their Internet marketing as a basis of standards complex of means of promotion on the Internet and usage of a digital platform.
The methodology of the work is based on systemic analysis of cognitive environment of organization and distinguishing the carriers of knowledge (employees and program & technical means) and cognitive processes that consist in transfer, search, and creation of new knowledge. Based on this, new type of services is formed – cognitive consulting services.
The process of Internet promotion of these services consists in the standard complex of such means as banner advertising, search advertising, e-mail marketing, and social networks market, as well as usage of a digital platform. Digital platform uses systemic interaction of such technologies as intellectual information technologies, technologies of decision support, search technologies, Internet technologies, Wiki technologies, and social networks technologies.
The results of the work are the structure and contents of a digital platform of marketing of cognitive consulting services.
The results of the work could be used by consulting organizations for development of the service sphere and more rational promotion of services via the Internet on the basis of digital platform.
