Abstract
The book is completed with a short conclusion which will consolidate some of the key points made throughout the earlier chapters. Not unlike the history of technological development, insights into the processes that have let speakers understand and produce language as well as tools that mimic these processes have advanced with increasing speed over the last century. In fact, the neuron-network inspired concepts were already described by Quillian in 1961. It is unsurprising that his work is referred to both by those who create digital tools of artificial intelligence and those who try to explain how human language works. Now, in 2018 it is time for AI specialists and linguists to compare notes and see where the other has come up with answers for their problems.
