Abstract
In this chapter, von Devivere further elicits inspiring examples on how to integrate the three levels of individual, organizational, and societal challenges and change for creating new ways of implementing meaningful work. The author marks outstanding examples of organizational change − presencing, givers and takers, and reinventing organizations – all of them sharing the common conviction of human abundance instead of scarcity, trust in core human strengths, and liberating the best potentials in individuals and organizations. This chapter focuses on these concepts, developing essential leadership capacities and encouraging all stakeholders engaged in this process to actually step into their defined new future. These concepts confirm Viktor Frankl’s concept of success ensuing, following smeaning fulfillment, verifying the basic motivation of man’s search for meaning.
