Abstract

The final chapter is the conclusion of the study with an added bonus. In the search of the texts of Scripture, there were found issues and concepts that were clearly outside of the realm of servant leadership. Therefore, there is a beginning model for biblical leadership. This model also includes the concepts of the biblical servant leadership, but it goes even further in stretching to find the biblical concepts for success. It has the same three stages but with more components in the foundation stage, especially in the area of Christian spirituality and formation. This model continues in the second stage but with addressing issues like vision for the mission and effective strategy, which changes the dynamic of the leadership process. Then finally, there are more overarching issues in this model as well having to do with the end or purpose of leading. This is a robust model for leadership however; it is complex and even complicated. With vision and focus, this can be accomplished though. There is a call for more research here on these concepts of leadership and on this model. There is also a call to action, to learn, and to live this way of leading that is biblical with new lessons learned as this is implemented and developed.
