Abstract
Root collar: Vessels solitary and in short radial rows. Vessel diameter 40–50 μm. Fibers thin- to thick-walled. Parenchyma paratracheal. Successive cambia diffuse foraminate. Conjunctive tissue lignified, thinwalled. Isolated vascular bundles arranged in tangential rows. With some crystal sand grains in conjunctive tissue.
