Abstract
Chapter presents the results of practical application of proposed generalization of the method of moments for thin layers. Examples are elaborated for the optimisation of the shape of a core for ring-shaped fluxgate sensor as well as of modelling the thin layer magnetic concentrator. Optimal proportions of the ring-shaped core of fluxgate sensor are presented considering sensor’s sensitivity. Moreover, limited efficiency of thin layer magnetic flux concentrators is indicated.
