Abstract
This chapter presents interesting lessons from companies from Chile. Particularly, we explore the cases that illustrate how talent attraction, talent development and talent retention may be a basis for organizational growth, change, continuous improvement and career development in the Chilean context. Based on these examples readers learn how firms from Chile attract, train, develop and motivate talented employees to shape their competitive advantage.
