We emphasize the new tasks in managing people and talent in the Latin American context covering the least studied but probably the most promising countries in terms of market growth and environmental changes. We explore Latin American context where talent management practices are usually not in high demand as research interests but may definitely serve as important experience for global talent management knowledge.
