Abstract
The principal concern of this chapter is to discuss how to educate business managers more effectively and influence them to move towards social responsibility and at the same time to move away from social irresponsibility.

Summary
This chapter has examined management education and other influences that might move managers away from irresponsibility and towards responsibility. The enquiry proceeded in three steps, after defining some basic terms and ideas: first, a demand and supply analogy for influencing business managers; second, discussion of the normative basis for distinguishing irresponsibility and responsibility; and third, the role of managerial attitudes, beliefs, and values in education and operational philosophy, as developed by managers themselves in their daily work lives.
