Abstract
Through the lens of experiential learning theory, this chapter examines the motivation, opportunities, challenges, and evolution in delivering a fourth-year, two-semester experiential learning capstone course to undergraduate students in the Environment and Business (E&B) program within the School of Environment, Enterprise, and Development (SEED) at the University of Waterloo, Canada. The insights gained should help other institutions in the design and delivery of experiential learning programs and add to the discussion around such approaches, and their value for business and management education.
