Abstract
The paper is devoted to the development of methodical basics of energy consumption planning at industrial enterprises functioning within the framework of energy markets. The authors have analyzed and classified components of the final cost of electric energy and power purchased by industrial enterprises in energy markets. Based on the classification developed and study of pricing characteristics for each component, the authors have offered tools of energy consumption planning. A peculiar feature of the approaches offered is the universality expressed as their practical applicability to everyday operating activity of any types of industrial enterprises.
