The “Build a Voice” Program

Abstract

The cornerstone of the Emotional Banking method, the Build a Voice program is designed to maximize knowledge, increase awareness of the industry, and create a habit of engaging in the dialogue that is meant to breed passion and courage. In the examples of the banks that have implemented it, the program starts at the top of the organization with executives asked to learn about the industry conversation and to become part of it by expressing their own opinions on social media as well as in person, and it then moves from this newly opened external dialogue to trickle down throughout the organization in an open internal dialogue as well where the bank’s employees are encouraged to have and voice opinions about FinTech and the Money Moments they are creating.
