Abstract
In this chapter, I present the third fundamental concept, Documentarian Práxis (DP), which in Chapter 5 will be fully integrated into and demonstrated through the quadruple model of the documentarian-as-extended-sign (DES). In the meantime, this tripartite treatment (i.e., Sects. 4.2–4.4) concerns itself with reasoning with the structural complexity, the higher level of abstraction, and the sophisticated technical language necessitated and elaborated upon by the concept of Documentarian Práxis (DP)—venturing into uncharted discursive territories of documentarian processes of signification.
