Abstract
Various types of interaction of atomic particles at large distances between them are considered and include long-range interaction, exchange interaction, and electron interaction inside atomic particles. The correlation is analyzed between quantum numbers of atoms and diatmic molecule consisting of these atoms. Hund cases of coupling of momenta in a diatomic molecule are represented. Potential curves of diatomic molecules in lower electron states are represented. Numerical values of various molecular parameters for diatomic and polyatomic molecules are given.
