Abstract
The fourth chapter proposes companies to use a methodical approach to quantitative assessing and ranking key competences, evaluating an aggregated value (index), characterizing the importance of the competence according to the number of specific characteristics describing core competencies. The core competence ranking is determined by their comparison on the basis of mathematical models.
The practical application of the proposed methodological approach to ranking company competencies will enable corporate management to achieve strategic goals successfully and to implement priority directions of innovative development that improve the competitiveness of the products and the corporation as a whole.
