Abstract
In this chapter a project of a system to communicate disabled people with environment using Brain-Computer Interfaces was described. The user interface was developed basing on a pictogram writing system. In the test phase EPOC+ Neuroheadset by Emotiv was used. The system was adapted for a young disabled girl with Dandy-Walker syndrome (DWS). The girl uses this type of communication with her family under the care of a speech therapist on a daily basis.
