Abstract
This book assumes a What if position, by asking what education might look like if we perceive it from an ecological perspective. This is done by taking a utopian stance, of mapping out an alternative future. By looking at how humankind has arrived at where they are today, and then examining the evidence of possible environmental harm, an alternative social imaginary, of an ecological perspective, is developed. From this, a view of what education might look like if caring for the Earth is prioritised is developed, as humankind meet the challenges of the 21st Century.
