Abstract

In the chapter, the results of a detailed study of the generation of directed controlled quasi-coherent X-ray radiation with energy 1–5 keV stimulated by the cavitation of a liquid jet are presented and discussed. This radiation is characterized by a significant transverse coherence and a small angular divergence.
