Specifics of functioning of the socio-economic system of modern Russia, caused by its transitional period and combination of the features of various categories of countries in the global economy, determines unique and unprecedented conditions for managing the process of economic growth and development of this system. The consequences of uniqueness of the modern Russian economy are contradictory.
