Abstract

Structural homogeneity and integrity are the most important features that ensure sustainability of socio-economic systems. While at the global level economic systems emphasize their independence and specificity, which does not lead to crises of the world economic system all by itself, being a part of a national economic system they have to show similar level of socio-economic development in order not to violate the balance of the system on the whole.
