Abstract
A 24-year-old man presented with a Zone I-II open globe injury of the left eye from a wrench. The patient underwent repair of this open globe injury with specific care directed towards re-aligning the limbus. The patient also had a choroidal rupture which necessitated close followup with the Retina service.
