Abstract
This chapter provides case examples of the application of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to people who misuse substances. These case examples will allow the reader to apply the theories of Harm Reduction and SFBT directly to clients’ lives and, it is hoped, see how they can both support and facilitate change for a person who may be misusing substances.
