Abstract
Clinical case. Differential diagnosis: AAG, Paraneoplastic autonomic neuropathy. Diagnosis: negative antibodies panel for immunological and neoplastic disease, positive anti-ganglionic acetylcholine receptor antibodies (α3 nAChR). Main clinical manifestations of AAG: orthostatic hypotension, gastrointestinal, urinary, sudomotor, erectile and pupillary dysfunction. Immunosuppressive therapy and prognosis.
