Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the parameters affecting service quality indicators of electric power feeders in order to implement a technological solution to help with the allocation of emergency teams. The quality of the electric power service, based on the DEC, FEC and TMAE continuity indicators, was analyzed for a critical feeder belonging to the thirteen feeders in the city of Tangará da Serra (MT), which is part of an electric utility in the state of Mato Grosso, in the year 2015. The study is based on records made available by the local distributor and verified in the field through visual inspection by the research team.
