The Hydraulic Transport and Storage of Extractive Waste

Abstract

The objectives of this Chapter are to provide guidelines to the hydraulic filling techniques for materials derived from both the broader extractive waste sector and the non–extractive industries. The common element between these sectors is the production and engineering of fine particulate wastes and their storage in a safe, stable and environmentally acceptable location
