Abstract

The article deals with the control of switched-reluctance electrical machine acting as a generator in combination with the steam turbine. Particularities of the rotor’s position sensorless control use are identified for the high-speed switched-reluctance electrical machines. The cases of work with high rotation velocity, in starting and acceleration conditions are considered. The results of electromechanical process’ simulation in the considered system are set out.
