Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the concept regarding the assessment of project attitudes, described by the DIA Model (Disposition-Internal stability-Activities). In pursuing this goal, a review of the literature was provided. Focus was placed on the useful concepts from the point of view of the description of the project attitudes. Next, the methodology of the study was described, indicating the course of the research procedure based on the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then, the dimensions of AHP model were presented. The subsequent section of the paper presents the results of the pilot studies, which verify the model and the measurement procedure of the project attitudes. The study was conducted on three groups of students: full-time students specializing in project management, full-time students specializing in finance and banking, and finally post-graduate students specializing in project management. Conclusions based on the study were drawn in the following dimensions: cognitive, methodological and utilitarian. Further plans for research in developing the presented concept were mentioned as well.
