Abstract

The generalisation of one- and two-dimensional Gabor filters on the basis of periodic Ateb-functions were constructed. These filters can be applied with two additional parameters. Some properties of periodic Ateb-functions were shown. Through variation of the parameters the generalized filter can be more adapted to the type of images. The investigation of generalized filters shows the magnification image processing features for strengthening of information security in documents protection.
