Conclusions

Abstract

The quest for Dark Matter is living extremely exciting times. As we have seen, the problem is one of the most long-standing ones in physics, the first hints dating back to the beginning of the XX century. After having realized, back in the ’70s, that the solution to the puzzle probably lies in a new species of stable particles, a huge experimental effort has been developed in the last decades to unveil the nature of this new particle.
