Abstract

Creation of model which supports Social media hiring. Analysis based on analysing existing frames for employees hiring with help of social media. Finding a gap and fill it with own model is key for this method. For creation of own model for social media hiring has been used application which extracted user data from Facebook. As predictors for users’ behaviour on the social media networks have been used personality test MBTI. With the help of Cluster Analysis and machine learning (decision trees) have been created a Stochastic predictive model, that determine a personality type. The Sample of N = 960 Facebook users, that joined hiring app follows that users on the social media network such as Facebook share a lot of useful information for hiring. Verification of this model on the test sample confirmed correctness of prediction personalities category MBTI in a range of 68% to 84% and by individual cases with confidentiality in a range of 43% to 81%. Model for social media hiring contains a guide/manual for automatic data mining of users, particularly from social media network Facebook. It also contains a suggestion how to analyse mined data.
